Ölüdeniz Village

The village is a compact grid of hotels, dive shops, tour desks and restaurants set just behind Belcekız beach, with a pedestrianised seafront promenade. It's the arrival and orientation point — the dolmuş (shared minibus) from Fethiye terminates here, and almost every boat trip, jeep safari and paraglide is booked from the kiosks along the front. Everything in the resort core is walkable; for cheaper rooms and livelier nightlife most people head uphill to Ovacık and Hisarönü and ride the dolmuş down to the beach.

Tip: Dolmuşes to/from Fethiye run frequently and cheap. This is where most day trips are booked and depart.
