Lycian Way Trailhead
Viewpoints · Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, Türkiye
This is the Ölüdeniz trailhead of the Lycian Way, Turkey's most famous long-distance path (roughly 540 km on to Antalya). You don't need to walk far — twenty minutes up the coastal path toward Faralya and you're looking straight down onto the lagoon and the whole sweep of the bay, completely free. Go early morning or late afternoon for the light and to dodge the midday heat. Even a short out-and-back is one of the best views in the resort; proper shoes and water if you push on further.
Getting there: Trailhead on the coast road; climb ~20 min for the lagoon view.
Tip: Early morning or late afternoon for the light and the heat. Even a short out-and-back is worth it.
